mountain trip #2

Here's a picture of the cabin we are staying in this week and the view from the front porch.  There are lots of cows right outside the front yard--you can kind of see one in this picture if you look on the left side of the picture.
We met Jon and Vicky in Blowing Rock today and watched the parade.  They are staying in Blowing Rock until Monday so we may get to see them again.
Our cabin is quite a ways out but it is a nice place with a huge kitchen and great internet access!

    Nice, that cow is close! For Bentley Scuttlebutters that do not know, you can click on the pictures and they will open full size in a new window. I see dad in the first pic.
