Rachel's brother David gave us a tour of Detroit one evening. We took a monorail type tour around the city first. We got off at the GM building and walked around some and took a few pictures.Picture 1: A view of Canada across the Detroit River.
Picture 2: The GM building. We walked around in the bottom floor of the building. There were several cars on display. We ate in the Italian restaurant downstairs.
Picture 3: This is the plaza where, according to Rachel, they have fairs and concerts.
Picture 4: This fist is in the middle of an intersection. It is the Joe Louis monument.
Picture 5: This is the Spirit of Detroit Statue.
