On Saturday, Feb 26, Bobby, Jason, and I went snowboarding at Beech Mountain. We stayed at Bobby's parent's mountain house in Boone.It was Jason's first trip snowboarding so we spent the first half of the day teaching him the basics. After lunch, we started making full runs from the top of the mountain. Jason caught on pretty quick and was keeping up with us most of the day.
At the end of the day, we went to the clubhouse in Bobby's neighborhood and relaxed in the hot tub. After that, we decided on Dan'l Boone Inn for dinner, and we weren't disappointed. We cleaned all of our plates, and most of the dishes (minus the vegetables).
